Games and everyday software, made in Vietnam with AI agents at the bench.

Chaf is a small studio building a cultivation sandbox game and a handful of Windows and web tools that people use every day.

Tàn Đăng Vấn Đạo

The Last Lantern

An offline cultivation sandbox for Windows and macOS. Everyone on Hằng Thổ believes their world is eternal. The lantern burning at its core says otherwise, and it is running low.

  • A whole planet to walk

Seven regions crossed on foot, by teleport array or in flight once your spirit allows it.

  • Mortal to Hóa Thần

Cultivate, break through realms, learn techniques, refine pills and raise your own artifacts.

  • Real-time combat

Fight through secret realms and defend your cave abode or sect against multi-phase bosses.

  • A lineage, not a hero

When a lantern-bearer dies the flame passes on. Five endings, each reachable in every seeded world.

How a small studio ships this much

We direct a team of Claude Code agents through our own orchestrator. People decide what to build and sign off on every release; agents do the planning, coding, testing and review in between.

  1. Plan with a thinker

Hard questions go to a reasoning-focused agent that writes the plan and acceptance criteria before any code exists.

  2. Build in parallel

Separate workers implement, fix and handle git across projects, each in its own pane with clear file ownership.

  3. Prove it before merge

Tests, builds and a review pass run on every change. Anything a machine cannot see goes to a human checklist.

  4. Release by hand

Nothing is published or pushed without a person saying so.
